DermLite has partnered with Modernizing Medicine to enable integration of the DermLite devices with the EMA Dermatology EHR solution. When used with a DermLite Connection Kit (available for iPhone 4/4S, 5, iPad or iPad mini), Pocket EMA – available from the Apple App Store -- turns your iPhone or iPad into a fully integrated dermoscopy device. That way, images captured with DermLite DL1, DL200, DL4 or Foto X dermatoscopes transfer directly into EMA Dermatology. The digital integration connects your dermoscopy photo with the current patient, diagnosis, plan and body location and the labeled photo appears in your chart automatically.
